Raw Sunflower Seed Dip with Waihuena Farm Moringa


  • Organic raw sunflower seeds (roughly 1/4 lb -size of bulk bag at health food store)
  • Farm herbs- choose any farm herbs to season your dip such as basil, thyme, rosemary, green onions
  • Farm fresh veggies- peppers, beets, garlic, ʻolena etc.
  • Sea Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon (half)
  • Waihuena Farm Moringa powder (1 tsp)


  • Soaks sunflower seeds overnight in fridge
  • Saute herbs and any other veggies to add to the dip
  • Blend all ingredients together along with a squeeze of lemon or other citrus
  • Top with olive oil, lemon wedge, salt and pepper to taste
